We understand that sometimes donors may need to request a refund of their donation. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that such requests are handled with integrity and fairness.

1. Donation Refund Requests

  • Eligibility: Donations may be refunded if a request is made within 7 days of the original donation date.

  • Non-refundable Donations: Donations made through events, campaigns, and appeals where donations have already been utilized for their intended purpose will not be eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name

  • Donation amount

  • Date of donation

  • Mode of donation (Credit card, Bank transfer, etc.)

  • Reason for refund request

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

  • If the donation was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

  • In case of bank transfers, please allow additional time for processing.

4. Errors in Donation

If a donation is made in error or a duplicate transaction occurs, we encourage donors to notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly investigate the issue and take corrective action, including issuing a refund when appropriate.

5. Changes to the Policy

Koyamu Seva Sansthan reserves the right to make changes to this donation refund policy as needed. Any changes will be promptly communicated on our website.
